NP RFP Military Security Guards

The Alabama State Military Department is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide State-licensed armed security guards.

There will be a mandatory Pre-bid Conference on April 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Questions must be submitted by April 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CT to rfp.questions@procurement.alabama.gov.

Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Division of Procurement in a sealed envelope or box by the end date (June 9, 2026), at 4:30 PM CT). The envelope or box must be labeled with the solicitation number and title. The envelope must contain one (1) electronic copy of the proposal on a USB drive. It is the sole responsibility of the Supplier to ensure submissions are received by the specified deadline. See address below.
