Proposals are due by August 27, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. CT . Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Division of Procurement in a sealed envelope or box to the address listed below. The package must be labled with the solicitation number and title. The package must include one (1) electronic copy of the proposal on a USB drive. It is the sole responsibility of the supplier to ensure submissions are received by the specified deadline.
