NOVO Rover III X-Ray Systems (Sheppard AFB)

AMENDMENT 1 - 9/15/2025:

The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the RFQ submission date from 10:00AM CST on Monday, 9/15/2025 to 10:00AM CST on Wednesday, 9/17/2025.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide NOVO Rover III X-Ray Systems with delivery to Sheppard AFB, TX 76311. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY (NOVO DR) requirement; please refer to Attachment 2 - Product Specs and Salient Characteristics for a detailed description of the commodities sought in this solicitation, and Attachment 3 - Brand Name Justification Letter. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

** Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.**

The applicable NAICS code is 334517, and the small business size standard is 1200 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. See Attachment 1 - Solicitaton Provisions and Contract Clauses.

The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0135 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached Combo RFQ Form for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.

The solicitation will close at 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday, 17 September 2025. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
