Scope

The novelty items will be purchased through Publishing and Document Services website which is linked to the Contractor’s website. All items will be delivered to Print Shop and distributed by
Montgomery County Publishing and Document Services Section.

Montgomery County Publishing and Document Services Section requires that the vendor creates a https website accessible to Montgomery County Government employees to browse promotional
products they offer. This site will be accessed via a https redirect in the Montgomery County Online Printshop.

Materials purchased as a result of this solicitation may consist of items such as clipboards, desk accessories, tee shirts, baseball caps, key rings, buttons, magnets, cups, pencils, rulers, and tote
bags, and other similar items. The offeror is encouraged to offer recycled material. The purchase of any and all items will be on an as needed basis.
