*Notification of Award* Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) contract with Johns Hopkins University, Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU /APL)

This is a notification of award per FAR Subpart 5.3 - Synopses of Contract Award.

University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awarded 02 July 2025 for analysis, research and development, and system engineering utilizing the eight formally defined UARC core competencies: strategic systems test and evaluation, submarine security and survivability, space science and engineering, combat systems and guided missiles, theater air defense and power projection, information technology (C4ISR/IO), simulation, modeling and operations analysis, and mission-related and public-service oriented research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E). This IDIQ includes a five-year ordering period (2-year base plus 3-year option).

Due to the nature of the sources for this IDIQ, only one UARC will be eligible to fulfill the requirements of this procurement utilizing their core competencies. This will be a FAR 6.302-1 sole-source IDIQ to JHU/APL due to being the only UARC that has the necessary core competencies necessary for SpRCO.
