The Town of Palm Beach will soon issue Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2026-020 for Progressive Design-Build Services related to the Mid-Town Seawall Replacement Project.
Anticipated Advertisement Date: March 16, 2026
Project Overview:
The Town seeks qualified firms to provide progressive design-build services for the replacement of the Mid-Town Seawall. The selected team will be responsible for both design and construction phases, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient project delivery.
MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING (in person) will be held on: March 31, 2026 @ 10:00 AM EST. PLEASE SEVE THE DATE AND PLAN TO ATTEND.
Location: Public Works Building, 951 Okeechobee Rd, West Palm Beach, FL, 33401; Public Works Meeting Room. It will be followed with Site Visit.
Anticipated Deadline for Submissions: April 30, 2026 @ 2PM.
