Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – Survey Software
The identified vendor will provide:
1. Survey Software
2. HIPAA Compliant
3. Encryptions
4. Single Sign-On
5. Auditing Standards
a. SSAE-16
b. SOCII
6. Centralized Administration
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. February 4, 2024
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov.
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of the single source will be posted
on the County’s website for seven (7) days before award.
Notice expires on January 24, 2024, at 2:30 p.m.
