Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, is responsible for establishing a Utility Energy Services Contract UESC) in support of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) at Base Kodiak on Kodiak, Alaska. Under solicitation SP0604-24-R-0423, Kodiak Electric Association, Inc. (KEA), the local utility, has been engaged to support USCG enregy conservation and resilience objectives.
