This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Police Department intends to purchase 16' Tracker Side Console for Police Boat. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted.
