Project Description: Transit Authority of River City intends to establish a sole source procurement with Goodyear Tire Company to maintain tires for Tarcs fleet of buses.
TARC has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders and enter into a Contract for the ITB 20251923 Tire Leasing and Service
