Notice to Sole Source a Cloud Based Digital Evidence Management Platform

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Police Department intends to purchase cloud based digital evidence management platform from Cellebrite who is the only vendor capable of providing Cellebrite Guardian digital evidence management platform. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
