Solicitation for Residential Floor Covering Services
Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS), a private nonprofit housing and community development corporation, is seeking pricing from residential flooring contractors who supply and install carpet, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, vinyl plank, and hardwood floors as may be at ACDS owned rental units, acquisition/rehabilitation projects, new construction properties and/or other ACDS residential projects.
