Doyon, Limited is soliciting nominations to fill expiring board of director seats at its March 2026 Annual Meeting. In order to be a candidate for one of the five available positions on the 13-member board of directors, interested individuals must be 18 years of age and a voting shareholder of Doyon, Limited. To have your candidate information included in Doyon’s proxy statement you are required to file a Board Candidate
