Project Description: The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) is providing notice to all Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) registered with SMART of the changes implemented by the U.S. Department of Transportation's Interim Final Rule (IFR) that was published on October 3, 2025.
