Notice to Bidders-Supply Odor Control Oxidizer

TOWNSHIP OF HAMILTON, MERCER COUNTY
LEGAL/PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at
Township of Hamilton (Mercer ) (ionwave.net) until 10:45 AM on
Wednesday, April 1, 2026 for the following:
1. SUPPLY OF ODOR CONTROL OXIDIZER,
POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE AND
ALTERNATIVES.
Proposal packages and/or any addendums are available at Township
of Hamilton (Mercer ) (ionwave.net)and all proposals shall be
submitted to the same. Bidders, if help is needed during bid
submission, on the IonWave ebidding system, click the "HELP LINK"
at the top right of the screen under "QUICK LINKS".
All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of
N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et
seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal
Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by
corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall
include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-
24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion
Affidavit.
