TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN, CLERKS OFFICE, 22 EAST WILLOW STREET, MILLBURN, NJ 07041 on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time at the office of the TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN, located at 22 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ 07041, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and immediately read for:
SNOW REMOVAL FOR THE 2024-2025 SEASON
with 2, 1-year options
Option #1 2025-2026 Season &
Option #2 2026-2027 Season
(option years at discretion Millburn Township)
Specifications, instructions to bidders and proposal forms may be obtained at the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN, 345 ESSEX STREET, Millburn, NJ 07041 on or after October 23, 2025 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. . Bids will be made on the proposal form provided, in the manner designated therein and required in the specifications, enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside with the date, time and item being bid.
All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27; and are further notified that they must comply with P.L. 1977, C. 33 and submit a Disclosure Statement listing stockholders with the bid.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, deviations, or omissions in any bid or all bids, and to accept such bids and make such awards as may be in the best interest of the Owner. Furthermore, the Owner may request written clarification of any aspect of the proposal where, in the Owner’s opinion, ambiguities exist.
