INVITATION FOR BIDS-REVERSE AUCTION

Notice is hereby given that Southeast Mississippi Air Ambulance District (SEMAAD) will

receive sealed bids to prequalify bidders for participation in a reverse auction until 10:00

a.m. on the 15th day of December 2025, for the purchase of the following, to wit:

One (1) ambulance remount on a 2025 or newer chassis according to the specifications on

file in the office of the Chief Executive Officer of SEMAAD whose office is located at:

100 Rawls Springs Loop Road, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39402

(P.O. Box 17889, Hattiesburg, MS 39404-7889).

Bid documents/specifications may be obtained from SEMAAD, as referenced above, at no

charge, or online at http://www.centralbidding.com, for a charge of $99.00.

Each bidder shall include in its bid a detailed description of the ambulance remount it is

offering and the pricing for same, inclusive of the trade-in amount offered for the agency’s

existing original chassis.

Bid documents may be submitted by hand delivery or mail to SEMAAD, 100 Rawls Springs

Loop Road, Hattiesburg, Mississippi 39402 or at http://www.centralbidding.com.

All bidders submitting qualified bids will be notified by SEMAAD of the reverse auction start

date/time at least seven (7) days prior to such reverse auction start date/time.

The lowest and best bid may be accepted, but SEMAAD reserves the right to reject any

and all bids received and to waive formalities. So ordered on the Board meeting of July

16, 2025.
