LEGAL/PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at
https://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net/ until 10:00 AM on THURSDAY, AUGUST
13, 2026 for the following:
1. RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL
CONTRACTORS OF SNOW PLOWING/SPREADING
SERVICES FOR DEICING CHEMICALS.A PRE-
BID MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 29, 2026
@ 10:00AM AT DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS, 240 TAMPA AVENUE, HAMILTON
Proposal packages and/or any addendums are available at
https://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net/and all proposals shall be
submitted to the same. Bidders, if help is needed during bid

All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of
N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et
seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal
Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by
corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall
include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-
24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion
Affidavit.
