NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent for
the Township of Freehold, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey on FRIDAY, JULY 24,
2026 AT 10:00 A.M. local prevailing time at the Municipal Building, 1 Municipal Plaza,
Freehold, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for the
following bid:
FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF POLICE DEPARTMENT UNIFORMS
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the office of the Freehold Township
Purchasing Agent, One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, N.J., during regular business hours 8:30 am -
4:30 pm. Email is Adigiovanni@twp.freehold.nj.us. Bids must be made on the proposal forms
included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and
address of the bidder and "Bid Title, Name and Contract" on the outside, addressed to Andrea
DiGiovanni, QPA, Purchasing Agent at the address above.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et
seq.) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity);
N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (New Jersey Business Registration Certificate); N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq.
(Pay-to-Play Contracting Laws); and P.L. 2022, c. 3 / N.J.S.A. 52:32-57 (Prohibited Activities in
Russia, Belarus, and Iran Disclosure). The bid award will be made to the lowest responsible
bidder in accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law,
N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. [1, 2]
