NOTICE TO BIDDERS O.R.C. 307.87 – Parking Lot Improvements, Masonic Temple

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Muskingum County, at their office in the Courthouse, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, until 8:30 A.M. on Monday, April 27, 2026, and will be opened immediately thereafter for parking lot improvements at the previous Masonic Temple site.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS O.R.C. 307.87 – Parking Lot Improvements, Masonic Temple
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Muskingum County,
at their office in the Courthouse, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, until 8:30 A.M. on Monday, April
27, 2026, and will be opened immediately thereafter for parking lot improvements at the previous
Masonic Temple site.
The county commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its bid, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with section 153.54 of the
Ohio Revised Code.
The Notice to Bidders is available on the Internet at:
www.muskingumcountyoh.gov (Click on the Public drop-down menu, choose Public Notices)
Complete specifications, including bid documents may be obtained from the Office of the County
Engineer. Bid documents can be viewed and downloaded online at www.mceo.org (click on the
Bidding link) or available by contacting the Muskingum County Engineer’s Office at (740) 454-0155,
Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M., excluding holidays. Bidders are advised to
email their contact information to bids@mceo.org, including name, address, phone, fax, and email in
order to receive any amendments or other information if bid documents are obtained online.
