NOTICE TO BIDDERS O.R.C. 307.87 – Road Resurfacing

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Muskingum County, at their office in the Courthouse, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, until 9:30 A.M. on May 15, 2025, and will be opened immediately thereafter for the resurfacing of various roads within Muskingum County. Bidders shall be required to submit a current Ohio Dept. of Transportation Certification of Qualifications, which shows they are currently qualified to perform road resurfacing work.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS O.R.C. 307.87 – Road Resurfacing

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Muskingum County,

at their office in the Courthouse, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, until 9:30 A.M. on May 15, 2025,

and will be opened immediately thereafter for the resurfacing of various roads within Muskingum

County. Bidders shall be required to submit a current Ohio Dept. of Transportation Certification of

Qualifications, which shows they are currently qualified to perform road resurfacing work.

The county commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.

Each bidder is required to furnish with its bid, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with section 153.54 of the

Ohio Revised Code.

Complete specifications, including bid documents may be obtained from the Office of the County

Engineer. Bid documents can be viewed and downloaded online at www.mceo.org (click on the

Bidding link) or available by contacting the Muskingum County Engineer’s Office at (740) 454-0155,

Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M., excluding holidays. Bidders are advised to

email their contact information to bids@mceo.org, including name, address, phone, fax, and email in

order to receive any amendments or other information if bid documents are obtained online.
