LEGAL/PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at
https://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net 10:15 AM on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1,
2026 and will be publicly read immediately thereafter for the
following:
1. MAINTENANCE OF TREATMENT PLANT & PUMP
STATION HEAVY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
All bids shall be submitted at https://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net.
Bidders, if help is needed during bid submission, on the IonWave

Any addendums that may be issued shall be posted on the Hamilton
Township website and will be available at
https://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net .

Bid documents may be obtained at https://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net.
Bids shall be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at
place designated.
The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the
provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of
the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964
All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of
N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et
seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal
Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by
corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall
include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-
24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion
Affidavit. All requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker
Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the
United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR
1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety.
