LEGAL/PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at

http://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net until 10:00 AM on THURSDAY, MARCH

12, 2026 and will be publicly available immediately thereafter for

the following:

1. 2026 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE,

CALIBRATION & REPLACEEMENT OF

INSTRUMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEMS

Proposal packages are available at http://hamiltonnj.ionwave.net .

No copies of the bid documents or any addendums may be obtained at

the Township of Hamilton. Bidders, if help is needed during bid

submission, on the IonWave ebidding system, click the “HELP LINK”

at the top right of the screen under “QUICK LINKS”.

All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of

N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et

seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal

Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by

corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall

include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-

24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion

Affidavit. All requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker

Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the

United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR

1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety.

All contractors shall comply with Public Works Contractor

Registration Act (PWCRA). The successful bidder shall be required

to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage

Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964.
