Notice to Bidders: HVAC Preventative Maintenance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Bid Committee of the Township of Hanover, County of Morris, State of New Jersey, at a meeting to be held TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2025, AT 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, at the Township of Hanover’s Municipal Campus, Main Public Meeting Room, 1000 Route 10, Whippany (at the intersection of North Jefferson Road and Route 10 westbound) in said Township.  BIDS DELIVERED BY MAIL OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DELIVERY (FOR EXAMPLE, FED EX, UPS, etc. WILL BE ACCEPTED.  NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE HOUR STATED ABOVE.

Bid documents for the project, prepared by the Township Engineer and approved by the Township Committee, have been filed in the office of the Township Engineer at the Municipal Building, 1000 Route 10, in said Township, (Telephone: (973) 428-2488) and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours Monday through Thursday (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and Friday (8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.).
