NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent for
the Township of Freehold, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, on Tuesday, May 19,
2026 at 10:00 A.M., local prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, 1 Municipal Plaza,
Freehold, New Jersey, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for the
following:
HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained from the office of the Freehold
Township Purchasing Agent at ADiGiovanni@twp.freehold.nj.us, One Municipal Plaza,
Freehold, NJ, during regular business hours, 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 8:30 A.M., at 1 Municipal
Plaza, Freehold, NJ 07728, is strongly recommended. A walk-through of the HVAC equipment
at all Township buildings included in the bid specifications will be conducted as part of this pre-
bid meeting so that bidders may inspect and familiarize themselves with the equipment and
physical locations. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own transportation.
Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications, enclosed in a
sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and the “Bid Title, Bidder Name, and
Contract Number” on the outside, and addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Andrea DiGiovanni,
QPA, at the address above.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et
seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq. The bid award will be made to
the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law.
