EATONTOWN NOTICE
TO BIDDERS
NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Borough Clerk of the
Borough of Eatontown at Borough Hall, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, New Jersey on
Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., for Two (2) 2026 Ford F-150 Police Responder
Police Vehicles.
The specifications and other contract documents are available in the office of the Borough
Clerk of the Borough of Eatontown, New Jersey starting on April 15, 2026 during regular
business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Bids must be made on the standard proposal form in a manner designated therein and
required by the specifications. They shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope
addressed to Trina Lindsey, Borough Clerk/QPA of the Borough of Eatontown, bearing on
the outside the name of the bidder, his address and the name of the contract for which the
bid is submitted.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c, 127. N.J.A.C. 17:27
(Affirmative Action), P.L. 1977, C-33 (Ownership Disclosure) and the American Disabilities
Act.
The Contract shall be awarded, or all bids rejected, within forty-five days from the receipt of
bids or within such extensions of time as permitted by law.
The Borough of Eatontown reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject
any or all bids.
