Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:
