Notice to Bidder GTUA on behalf of City of Whitewright CWSRF Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement

The GREATER TEXOMA UTILITY AUTHORITY on behalf of the CITY OF WHITEWRIGHT will receive bids for Whitewright CWSRF Waste- water Treatment Plant Improvements until 2:00 PM on March 24 th, 2026 at City of Whitewright City Hall. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM on March 24 th, 2026 at City of Whitewright City Hall; 206 W Grand Ave, Whitewright, TX 75491.

Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows:

Work of the project generally consists of all work, labor, equipment, personnel, and materials necessary to complete the requirements of the project as described in the Specifications and as shown in the Drawings. This work includes, but is not limited to, installation of a lift station and valve vault, cloth media disk filter, secondary clarifier, chlorine contact basin, various concrete boxes, associated mechanical equipment, yard piping and valves, trench and excava- tion safety, and all appurtenances in accordance with the Contract Documents for the project.
