NOTICE
TO APPLICANTS AND INTERESTED PARTIES
TOWN OF BLOOMING GROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S
2027 ROTATIONAL TOW LIST
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove, County of
Orange, New York 10914, having declared the request for applicant(s) for the 2027
calendar year Town Police Department's Rotational Tow List.
Authorized Proposers (hereinafter "Applicants") may request the application
information from the Town Clerk's Office at the Town Hall; 6 Horton Road, Blooming
Grove, N.Y. 10914, beginning on September 9, 2026, during regular business hours 8:00
A.M. to 4:00 P.M., excluding holidays and weekends.
All Applications must be presented on forms supplied by the Town Clerk's office.
Any Applications not returned on the proper forms will not be considered. All blank spaces
must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, in both words and figures. Erasures or other
changes in the Applications must be explained or noted and initialed by the Applicant.
Where there is a discrepancy between written words and printed numbers, the written
word will control. Applications must be received by the Town Clerk's Office no later than
3:00 p.m. on October 30, 2026. Late Applications are subject to rejection.

All written Applications are to be received no later than 3:00 pm on October 30,
