Description
The City of Ottumwa, Iowa, (Sponsor) is hereby soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from qualified airport consultants for airport development projects at Ottumwa Regional Airport (OTM), Iowa. Projects are subject to future receipt of federal funding under the FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP), IIJA (formerly Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Program), and/or IaDOT Aviation Funds. These projects may include the following:
- FY 2026 Taxiway Rehabilitation A & B Intersection-Design only; estimated $95,000
- FY 2026 Rehab taxilanes in t-hangar area; estimated total project $900,000
- FY 2027 Taxiway A & B rehab construction; estimated total project $1,500,000
- FY 2028 Taxiway A MITL (LED) lighting, new signage, and renumbering of runway 13/31; estimated total project costs $2,000,000
- FY 2030 Rehab runway 4/22; estimated costs $900,000
