INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission designates
March 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM as the time when sealed bids will be received at their offices
located at 600 Wilson Ave, Newark, NJ for:
B488, FURNISH AND DELIVER MAINTENANCE CHEMICALS AND SUPPLIES
TO THE PVSC FOR A TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD
B489, PROVIDE A SERIVCE TO PICKUP FOR TESTING AND REBUILDING
OXYGEN SERVICE PRESSURE SAFETY VALVES FOR A TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C 127. (N.J.A.C.
17:27) FORMS OF Contract Specifications together with blank forms of proposals may be
obtained from the Purchasing Department located in the Administration Building at 600
Wilson Ave. Newark, NJ.
