NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR RFQ’S “Qualifications”

For Year(s) 2026

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of NJSA 19:44A-20.4 (New Jersey Pay to

Play Law) the Town of Hammonton, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey is seeking RFQ’s

for Professional Services for the following positions:

Description of Position

Risk Manager Consultant

Please submit your qualifications only, to the Town of Hammonton, 100 Central Avenue,

Hammonton, NJ 08037 Attn: Frank Zuber, Municipal Clerk, or email to

fzuber@townofhammonton.org no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday December 16, 2025.

Submission of price quotes will automatically disqualify you.

Professionals are required to comply with Affirmative Action requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et

seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27

*In order to be considered for award of professional services you must submit a copy of your

qualifications along with your NJ Business Registration (whether your business is located in New

Jersey or not) and your Town of Hammonton Business Registration (only if your business is

physically located in the Town of Hammonton). If you are considered for the position, you will be
