Project Description: The City of Allentown is posting for public inspection and comment until 3:00 p.m. Local Time, Wednesday, September 9th for the following Sole Source procurement of event coordination for Dia de los Muertos event.
Interlace Cultural Y Desarollo is the local sole source Mexican community non-profit organization that provides these services. The City requires these services as a critical component to the planning and execution of our Dia de los Muertos event. The event requires specific coordination to respect the Mexican culture, holiday and community that it represents.
