REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP #25-003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hermosa Beach Administrative Services Department will receive proposals for RFP #25-003 - Project Management for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementation.

RELEASE DATE: Tuesday, March 18, 2025
DUE DATE: Thursday, April 3, 2025, by 6:00pm PST

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS: March 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. PST

RFP# 25-003, Project Management for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementation seeks proposals from consultants to assist with the implementation of the upgrade from the current Tyler ERP system (Eden) to Tyler’s Enterprise ERP, which will include both Finance and Human Resources/Payroll modules. The tentative timeline would begin immediately after contract signing with a projected completion by July 2026.

Proposals must be submitted as PDF via the PlanetBids Portal ( pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/51313/portal-home ). Proposals will be received until 6:00 p.m. PST, Thursday, April 3, 2025.

Proposals will not be opened at that time but will be submitted to the Administrative Services Department for verification and compliance with specifications and subsequent recommendation to City Council for award of a contract or rejection of the responses, as deemed appropriate. The City reserves the right to make no award.
