	NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The County of Hunterdon is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with                                           N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the County of Hunterdon on September 9, 2026, by 3:00 PM prevailing time at the Hunterdon County Purchasing Department, 71 Main Street, 2rd Floor, Flemington, NJ, for: 

Employee Benefits Consultancy and Brokerage Services

Specifications and Instructions to Proposers are available via email. Email rrule@co.hunterdon.nj.us to receive a copy of the RFP. 
          
Proposals will be made in the form designated therein and required by the specifications, enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed or hand delivered to:

Proposals are to be clearly marked with identification of the item proposed:

The County of Hunterdon will not be responsible for proposal not arriving at the time and place designated.

Proposers must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all proposals or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law.
