NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATONS AND PROPOSALS Resource Management Department Little Trout Lake Park Asphalt Mural

The County of Marquette ("County") is seeking an experienced professional artist or artist team— preferably based in Michigan's Upper Peninsula—to design and install a large-scale permanent asphalt mural at Little Trout Lake Park, a recently renovated community park located on Peg Street in KI Sawyer, Michigan.

Please include “LTL Mural RFQP” in the email subject line and company name. An email confirming receipt of your submission will be sent within 24 hours. Respondents are encouraged to submit proposals early to avoid technical difficulties. The file size maximum is 20 MB. The deadline for submission is 3:00 PM local time on July 20, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
