MTN LODGE GARBAGE & RECYCLABLE COLLECTION SERVICES
NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Requests for Proposals for Mtn. Lodge Refuse /
Garbage and Recyclable Collection Services, hereinafter (Proposal Item), will be received by the
Town of Blooming Grove at the Office of the Town Clerk, 6 Horton Road, Blooming Grove,
New York 10914, until 11:00 o'clock AM on October 26, 2026 and then be publicly opened
and read aloud.
Copies of the Information for Request for Proposal (RFP), Proposal Form, and
Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk. Requests for Proposal must be
submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the
face thereof the name and address of the proposer, designation of the RFP Item exactly as
specified above and "Town of Blooming Grove".
The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFPs and/or to re-advertise for new
RFPs. RFPs shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law 103.
