NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CITY-WIDE CLASSIFICATION AND
COMPENSATION STUDY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bellflower will receive Proposals for
providing professional services for city-wide classification and compensation study.
Proposals will be received at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall located at 16600
Civic Center Dr., Bellflower CA 90706 until 5:30 p.m. on January 15, 2026.
POSTMARKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Failure of, or disturbances in, any mail
service is not a legitimate reason for the Proposals to be submitted after the above
due date. Electronic mail or facsimiles will not be accepted. The City may extend
the deadline at its option. All Requests for Proposals must be clearly marked,
PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CITY-WIDE
CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY FOR THE CITY OF
BELLFLOWER – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL” and shall be delivered
to the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall located at 16600 Civic Center Dr., Bellflower
CA 90706 during the business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through
Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every other Friday. City calendar is posted on
the City’s website www.bellflower.org.
All submitted proposals will be reviewed and analyzed by City staff and the
proposals which best meet the City’s needs will be selected for further analysis.
The City of Bellflower reserves the right, in its sole discretion during the selection
process, to reject any or all submittals or any portion without exception or
explanation. City also reserves the right to utilize this selection process for other
such public works projects as may occur within three years of any resulting
contracts.
