NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PARKING OPPORTUNTIES AND HOUSING NAVIGATION SERVICES FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN VEHCILES. The City of Goleta is requesting proposals to provide parking opportunities and housing navigation services for people living in vehicles.
