The County of Marquette, acting in its capacity as the CDBG Grant Administrator, is seeking a Michigan Licensed Contractor for the rehabilitation of a single family residential home located at 505 N. 4th St., Marquette, MI 49855. The proposal should provide a straightforward, complete and concise description of your company’s capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the RFP.
