Addendum – 1

Marquette County invites sealed bids for the Negaunee Service Center (Marquette County Health Department) located at 184 U.S. 41 East, Negaunee MI 49866. This project seeks proposals from Qualified Contractors to replace two existing commercial on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems (OSTDS). All work will be completed according to the specifications and requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal Addendum – 1 document and associated permits. Any questions or expressions of interest regarding the project should be directed to the Patrick Jacuzzo, Environmental Health Division Director for the Marquette County Health Department, at 906-315-2643 or pjacuzzo@mqtco.org .

Addendum – 1 language relates to the following:

• Completion date for the project – New completion date: November 30, 2025
