NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL FROM MAN-CON, INC., ACCEPTING UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL FROM MAN-CON, INC. TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL FOR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND DELIVERY OF STORMWATER DRAINAGE INF
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has received an unsolicited proposal from a private entity pursuant to Section 255.065, Florida Statutes, for the design, construction, and delivery of stormwater drainage infrastructure improvements within the Melrose Manors Neighborhood. The City of Fort Lauderdale will accept other proposals for the same project on or before the twenty-first (21st) day after May 14, 2026. Other proposals for the same project must be received in writing in the City of Fort Lauderdale City Managers Office, 101 NE Third Avenue, Suite 2100, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, before 5:00 p.m. local time on June 4, 2026.
