PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has received an unsolicited proposal from a private entity pursuant to Section 255.065, Florida Statutes, for the design, installation, financing, operation, and maintenance of a citywide network of interactive digital kiosks. The City of Fort Lauderdale will accept other proposals for the same project on or before the twenty-first (21) day after April 16, 2026. Other proposals for the same project must be received in writing in the City of Fort Lauderdale City Managers Office, 101 NE Third Avenue, Suite 2100, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33301, before 5:00 p.m. local time on May 7, 2026.
