NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD for the 2024 CAPER

The City of Warren is seeking comments from citizens on the 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) from Tuesday, February 25, 2025 through Thursday, March 13, 2025.

Two public comment sessions will be held THURSDAY, MARCH 13, 2025, AT 12:00 NOON AND 4:00 PM in the Conference Room (Third Floor) at the Warren Government Center (Gibson Building), 258 E. Market Street. This is a handicap-accessible building. If you require an interpreter for the hearing impaired or a translator for non-English speaking persons, please give the Community Development 48 hours notice.

Citizens are encouraged to submit comments in writing on the Public Comment Form that is provided no later than 4:30 PM on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

Any citizen comments received will be included in the CAPER submission to HUD.
