NOTICE OF ONLINE AUCTION
Notice is hereby given that the City of Harlingen, Texas will hold a virtual online auction
on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Bond & Bond Auction Center
located at 2101 I-69C, Edinburg, TX 78542. Registrants can register to bid online through
bondauctioneers.com and proxibid.com. Examples of surplus items are vehicles, heavy
equipment, tools, mowers, electronics, office furniture, refrigerators, etc. A list of surplus
items may be viewed at www.harlingentx.gov/departments/finance/bid_opportunities
.php. *Some inventory is subject to change. All items will be sold “As-Is” to the highest
bidder. All sales are final and must be paid on the same day with cash, credit card, debit
