The Historic Preservation Commission of the Township of Millburn in the County of Essex has awarded the following professional contract without competitive bidding, pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii). This contract and the resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection in the Office of the Secretary/Clerk to the Commission, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ 07041.
