General Work Description: Acting upon instructions from Merced County  Board of Supervisors, the Department of Public Works - Road Division has developed this Invitation to Bid for On-Call Paving Services for the purpose of obtaining competitive bids from qualified applicants interested in providing Merced County the paving equipment and labor services needed for upcoming paving projects.  Therefore, Merced County is soliciting Bids for On-Call Paving Services from reputable contractors in order to provide this service for road projects located within unincorporated areas within Merced County.
