Project Description: BC-NOI-25-012 Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement – Modular Buildings, Portable Storage & Relocatable Walk Contract
The County of Bergen, NJ intends to participate in the Omnia Partners contract for Modular Buildings, Portable Storage & Relocatable Walk # R210503 or the procurement of such commodities for various using agencies through the Omnia Partners cooperative purchasing program.

The current Omnia Partners term for Contract # R210503 effective October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 additional contract extensions possible at the discretion of Omnia Partners. It is the intent of the Purchasing Agent to make a contract award to Williams Scotsman, Inc. (Willscot) - 901 South Bond Street - Suite 600 - Baltimore, MD 21231 pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Omnia RFP # 21-05 and Contract Extension dated 04/28/25. County of Bergen, NJ is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
