The County of Bergen, NJ anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract on 9/29/25. The current Source term for #080922 - SAF 10/14/22 to 10/7/26.
It is the intent of the Peter J. Gerrity, Purchasing Agent to make a contract award to the local Dealer of United Rentals PR Inc.; 222 Bergen Turnpike, Ridgefield Park, NJ 076630 pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to Sourcewell RFP #080922.
County of Bergen, NJ is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
