Notice of Intent to Sole Source

Per Code of Alabama Section 41-16-57(b)(1)

To: All Interested Contractors

The City of Montgomery seeks to acquire services to repair 10 tennis courts located at the following locations in Montgomery, AL from Lower Bros Tennis Courts. The below services are required. Contractors who believe they can complete all work by 25 Sept 26, one week prior to a tournament that begins on 2 Oct 26 should submit a capabilities statement by 4 Sept 26. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bona fide competition exist amongst contractors that can meet or exceed the City of Montgomery's mandatory contract completion date. Respondents to this notice must possess and furnish a ASBA Certified Tennis Court Builder certification.
